When will my item ship? TOP

All orders are custom made and will be shipped  via USPS Priority Mail as soon as they are hand made for your little princess, generally your order will be processed, and made within 5 days.

How did Trinity's Tutus begin? TOP

Owner/ Designer Leslie LaBarge began creating tutu designs several years ago. After having two daughters, girly things were always scattered around her. After becoming a stay at home mom after the birth of her second daughter Trinity, Leslie wanted something to release some of her creativity. She began crafting tutus for her family and friends and after coming to find others fell in love with them, she began making her designs and offering them online in 2008. Since then, her work has been shipped to all 50 US states and 15 other countries including Norway, Singapore, France, England and many more. Trinity's Tutus have been worn by performers who are in theatrical troops on Broadway. In April, 2009 Leslie was contacted by Tory Johnson CEO of www.womenforhire.com who had found her through her store on Etsy and interviewed her for the chance of a lifetime. Trinity's Tutus, along with other talented artisans had their work featured on The View while they showcased Work at Home jobs for women. It was truly an honor. With thousands of tutus made with love, Leslie continues to work in her studio, creating new designs and making princess dreams come true!

Shipping

I ship USPS priority mail to all US addresses including all APO addresses. Please keep in mind that although Priority mail in the US is estimated at 2-3 business days (which they're usually fantastic about delivering in that timeframe), that is simply an estimate and NO shipping time frame is guaranteed other than Express Mail.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of my products returns are accepted on a case to case basis. If there was indeed a mistake or problem with your order on my part( made the incorrect size, didn't use the colors you specified, ect), please don't hesitate to contact me asap and I'd be more than happy to accept returns or resolve any issue or refund your money to you via paypal:)

Unfortunately, returns can not be accepted if the error was not on my part ie ordering the incorrect size,(my sizing chart can be found in each listing and below in additional information so PLEASE double check colors before ordering if you are uncertain of what you'd like) selecting the wrong colors, not explaining the details of how you'd like your Design Your Dream tutus to look( if you don't want your design your dream tutu colors blended like my standard tutus are made and would prefer them color blocked or layered for two toned tutus) ect. as I can not resell items that were custom made. It is VERY important to let me know what you're wanting for the Design your Dream tutus as I can not read minds .My sizing chart and tulle color chart link can be found in all custom listings and here in my policies as well so please be sure to choose the correct size and colors during the ordering process. If you're unsure of which size works best, please measure your little sweetie's waist line before ordering to ensure a proper fit. If you have any questiosn about colors used in a specific tutu PLEASE email me at info [!at] trinitystutus.com BEFORE placing your order.

If a refund was agreed upon, shipping costs to return all items to me are the responsbility of each customer. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Items must be returned in their original condition-which means smooshing them in any box and having them arrived in a crumpled ball of tulle won't work.

SIZING CHART for all items is shown below:
0-3month 15"waist app. 5 inches in length
3-6 month 16” waist app 6 inches in length
6-12 month 17" waist app 7 inches in length
12-18 month 18" waist app 7.5 inches in length
18-24 month 18.5" waist app 8 inches in length

Toddlers:
2T 19" waist app 9 inches in length
3 19- 19.5" waist app 9- 10 inches in length
4 20" waist app 11 inches in length
5 20.5" waist app 12 inches in length

 

These are the set sizes for each range, please do not request a larger measurement while submitting payment. Each tutu does offer 3-5 inches of stretch from the set measurements

Flower styles/headband styles may vary based upon availability but will always match your tutu as stated in each listing. If you want a specific flower type, please send me a conversation message to inquire if that particular style is in stock:)

Shirts, hats and other items shown in photographs are props used by myself and photographers I work with and are not available for sale unless the items are listed in my store as being available. Photographs are examples of my work and all items are custom made at the time of ordering.



Please supervise children 3 and under while wearing tutus as some of them contain small parts such as flowers and although my pieces are made to be durable, in the case a child pulls an embellishment off, it can be a choking hazzard and I can not be held liable in the event that should happen. Ribbon and flowers may vary based on availability.

If an item/size is not listing in my store for sale, it is not for sale:)
